It's raining it's pouring...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the rain!

BUT,

Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me WHY in the world it doesn't rain all morning until right when it's time to pick Aiden up from school?  grrrr!!!
